Good Morning
I have a Hansgrohe 34111181 wall mounted sink faucet and i need to replace this piece for the spout. I could use some help with the proper name of part and where i could locate one.

Thank You
Kenneth

It would be called a spout adapter, but, you won't find it separately because they come with the spouts.
I find universally, Hansgrohe's stupid design of those adapters and wall shower elbows to be worth rejecting as a viable product.
Grohe makes spouts and wall elbows with FIP adapters allowing for any length nipple to be used along with depth adjust-ability.
