replacing the rubber cover.
Grohe sent me a new one.
Anything to grease like with plumbers grease here?
works ok
silicone spray on the left side value?
leave it alone?

No body, no crime.
If it functions fine, I'd just leave it alone. This mechanism is not very serviceable.

I Deal with this sticky rubber cover all the time. What did it cost to replace?

nothing so far.
Grohe sent me the part - tho it took many emails. I must have been talking to a person in Germany.
I just have to snap the part into the head.
