Roman tub 3/4 shower diverter valve broke in middle during removal. Now I have screwed in portion down valve body with no way to remove remaining portion valve. An ideas. This is an old valve 3/4 and the valve body is not available. Shower diverter part # is 45100, broke in middle of holes, with shaft still remaining. Any ideas to remove, without tearing apart wall and replacing valve?

Photo of broken valve and new one.

Thanks
