Anyone has this Genesis System from discountwaersofteners.com? I have handful of questions. I just bought this unit with upgrade to DUO (2 tanks - one for carbon filter and another for softener with brine tank). I upgrade with the High Flow Revolution Control Valve. Their customer service is suck. I find that out after purchasing. After I asked questions regarding the setting and manual is out dated, the owner that I talk to is piss because asking too much questions. I need some verification regarding the setting of the controller valve timer setting. This unit is using Upflow Regeneration & Variable Backwash, claiming it can save water and salt. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
