Has anyone used these? The softener tank is inside the salt reservoir, which looks like it saves space.

Background: 3 bathroom house, well w/11GPM flow rate, currently around 6 - 10 grains hardness and pH around 5.3 - 6.2 (got two results from two different water treatment companies).

I know I'll need a pH neutralizer, which means I'll probably need a water softener after it, and this compact system seems like it would be convenient.

My mom always taught me that if I cant say anything nice... Avoid the Big Box stores units, these are typically built by the lowest bidder with the lowest cost components. Most technicians consider them disposable.
