I have an American Standard R015 valve body. That I need to extend. According to American Standard the Deep rough-in kit that I have the M961818-***x is only for the pressure balanced models (R110, R115, etc.) -- the Deep Rough-In kit will not mate to the R015.

Short of pulling things apart and moving them forward does anyone have any ideas?

Please help,

Pete

I ended up pulling the board of the wall and re-setting the body.

All I can say is, and with 100% certainty. From the low level customer support to the very top-level tech people: American Standard is total trash. The product and the support. Just garbage. If I had a brain in my head I would have replaced it with a different brand.

At least now it will all work. For how long I don't know.
