Just install per plumbing code. works every time nothing special about a tankless or mysterious. If its 200k btu then thats what it is. no need to guess . if OP wants it right measure the runs (or estimate and round up) no guessing ive never had a properly sized gas system cause problems. and in fact you can get by with the minimum required and it still works perfect.
