My cheep jet pump finely died and would like to get a good setup this time. If I remember right the well tank is just to control the pressure gage and for small amounts of water. Since it a garden sprinkler system and I don't use small amounts of water all the time. Can I use a 2 gallon bladder tank like my old setup? I'm ok with the pump starting every time I use water.

Reading some of the posts I'm assuming I need a tank that is sized to the max output of pump and well is that correct? I would like to keep it as small as possible for winter storage and yard space.

The equipment I'm planning on using:
Goulds J5S jet pump
2 Gal In-Line Well Tank
