Football Season is here, so I gotta ask,

What team are you pulling for?

What team is going all the way?

Which team will lose the most games?

Who will be the MVP this year?

Which team will surprise the most?

Football Season is here, so I gotta ask,

What team are you pulling for?
Washington Redskins

What team is going all the way?
Washington Redskins

Which team will lose the most games?
Washington Redskins (19 in a row and still counting!). It may surprise you to know that the 19 consecutive losses is not a record. It's only the second longest winless streak in NFL history. The Detroit Lions are the only team to go winless in a season and they beat us last week.

Who will be the MVP this year?
I don't know what that means, but in any case most probably me.

Which team will surprise the most?
Washington Redskins.

Did I mention that the Redskins are better than the Seahawks?

Well, the Redskins have Jim Zorn, who I watched play many times and I tried to play like him.

I practiced my roll outs, throwing on the run like he did, but right handed.

My best game as a quarterback was in 1987 against Gale Gilbert, NFL quarterback, who played for the Seahawks, Buffalo Bills and Chargers.
I played against him between his gig with the Seahawks and the Bills,
It was seven man flag.
When he scored his last touch down against us, he ran it in, roared, looked at us and spiked it as hard as he could in the end zone.
Yeah, I was pretty impressed too, that he was able to score against my family flag team.
I played with my brothers Randy and Shannon and some friends.

John Yarno was also on Gale Gilbert's team, he was ex Seahawk.
And there is nothing like an ex NFL lineman sacking you in flag football either.
A couple of times I had two of these big guys land on me while I was trying to pass.
And yet, I was told years later that overall, it was a very good game.

The Seahawks should have a winning season this year.

...and they cheat. Nice call on that 4th and 2 last night - coach that called that one sure blew the game.

I am also a Washington Redskins fan although they have been really struggling in the last few years. I think the Pittsburgh Steelers are a hot tip for the Super Bowl 2011. The last Super Bowl was amongst my top 10 football moments - the Saints really did a great job, the third and fourth quarter was football at its best, the most exciting Super Bowl for years.

Florida Gators for college.
If Jonny U still around I would go for the Colts.

Sadly, I'm a Buffalo Bills fan. Not looking to promising this year but you just never know.

Congrats to the Seattle Seahawks for getting into the playoffs, beating the St. Louis Rams.

I'm certainly not a bengals fan, but a steelers fan. I quit rooting for the bengals after their second straight superbowl loss, back in the 80's.

Knowing their ignorance, I've saved myself a ton of grief over the past 20 years.
