Hello! Was hoping to get advice on placement of a foot valve. The original filed Well Log shows the well to be 38'deep, 22' Static water level, drawdown of 24ft. 0-10': gravel, 10'-16': Coarse Sand, 16'-33' Fine Sand, 33-38' Coarse Sand. The well is 2'' PVC and it does not look to have a drop pipe at all. I can only fit a 3/4 line with foot valve down the casing. I have a 1hp shallow well pump. Thanks for any advice!

A sand point well can be used without drop pipe as long as the water level is less than about 24', which yours is. With a sand point the check valve is installed at the top of the well casing.

You would need a "turned down" 1" check valve to fit in 2" regular well casing. But if the water level is 24', the check valve would need to be set below that depth.
