We are installing luxury vinyl plank in our bathroom, which is a floating floor. This is a new style of flooring to me- effectively, it is not attached to the underlayment or subfloor in any way. It just sits there. It will be over a plywood underlayment (which is over a plank subfloor).

According to my research, it looks like the toilet flange is ideally supposed to sit on top of a finished floor surface. In addition, our two 36" vanities (his and hers) will be sitting on top of the finished flooring.

I'm concerned that the toilet flange effectively screwing through the flooring, along with the weight of the vanities, will make it not 'float' anymore.

Are there any concerns with this? Total flooring surface is about 50 sqft.
