I have a Fleck 9000 power head and I found there is a crack on the middle drive gear.
Even though the motor is running, the drive gear aren't spinning now.
I also found that there are some broken tooth on the middle gear too.
I replaced the all the gears at the end of March, 2015.

After searching forum, worn valve internals will cause binding that can cause the problem of broken gears.
I'm considering to buy a rebuild kit.
Would you please let me know how to rebuild the valves?

There is no by-pass switch on the 9000.
By the way I know how to turn off the water to my car wash.
Do I need to contact plumber or will it be OK to do by myself?
If I take it out old valve, won't be any water flowing out?

Thank you in advance.

You might show a photo of where the water comes into the controller and a wider shot showing the plumbing that feeds the pipes to and from the softener. Maybe somebody can spot a bypass.

If you have no bypass, you or your plumber or water treatment specialist will need to turn off the water to the whole house. Consider having the plumber add a 3-valve bypass arrangement in that case.

From the photo I would question , 9000 or 9500 as the controler looks to be the digital , older maybe but more of a commercial control.
The 9000 is not that hard to rebuild and if you have taken out a shaft and gear then it is a Really good idea to replace the pistons top and bottom and the seal packs for both.
Also look at the brine piston , it too could be in need of replacing.
As Reach stated, a wider photo would really let a number of us know what we are dealing with.

Thank you so much for providing me the information.
At this moment I dissembled the middle gear and I disconnected upper piston from the Link Piston Rod.
And I tried to rotated the upper gear but it was very hard.
I found the white “CAM” is stuck on the “Injector on Drain Assembly”
It’s so hard to rotate.
Would that be the cause of damages on the drive gear too?

As I know the system was installed in 2010.
And it haven’t been rebuild yet.

Thank you for reading.

That my boy is the Big Boy 9500... the upper and lower pistons should be replaced at the same time along with the replacing of the seal pack for both the top and bottom.
Doing the 9500 can be done, stuffing tool would be a good idea.
It is possible that the middle shaft has done damage to the two gears that it turns so look very close to make sure they are in good shape.
The backplate, gears top, middle and lower motor all the same, 9000 or 9100 or even the 9500 all share the same front end, it is the body that is different.
5 years for a commercial is about right, depending on how often it is cleaning and water quality that it is dealing with.

9500SE, this has been updated over the years. New electronics, optional plastic internal spacers, etc. You may want to consider replacing the power-head and rebuilding the valve internals. I would also recommend replacing the brine valve with a new one. Be sure to order the plastic spacers, not the brass ones. Have a plumber add a 3 valve bypass. Should a leak or catastrophic failure occur, you can operate a carwash on hard water temporarily, you cant operate without any water.
