I recently replaced the seal and spacers along with a new piston assembly on my Fleck valve. I now notice that the water flow during the rapid rinse phase is almost nonexistent.(less than 1 pint per minute). All of the other regeneration functions seem ok. Any suggestions?

Both the Backwash and Rapid Rinse rates are controlled by the DLFC button. As such, I would expect the low flow condition would be also apparent during backwash assuming a restriction is within the DLFC button or drain line. Check those areas to start.

In your setup, what is the VT setting? What is the part number of the new piston?
