Fleck 7000 SXT wrong fill

Hi,

My water softener is a Fleck 7000 SXT and during the first backwash cycle water flows into the brine tank, which is incorrect. This only happens during the 1st backwash and the not the 2nd backwash. The brine tank does fill-up correctly during the brine fill step. I have checked the injector screen and injector (violet color) and there weren't any issues.

Does anybody know what could be causing the problem where the brine fill fills up during the 1st backwash? Thanks.
