I recently lost power and noticed my system started doing a regen every night. It was flashing between the time and RC_ _ _ _.
I did a hard reset and now everything is back to the factory predetermined settings. I know how to get into the system settings, but I’m unsure as to how the calculations are determined, for my specific setup.

Fleck 5600SXT
48000 grain
8% high capacity resin
Well water (my water is crystal clear and has no smell)
Hardness of 17 (tested by a local water company)
Iron of 0
4 household members (two adults, two children)
I live in NE Ohio.

Looking to get a good blend of "soft" and efficient on salt usage. I have been reading through various posts on here for a situation close to mine, but I just want to make sure it’s correct for my specific setup. If there’s any other info that’s needed about my system, please let me know. I posted pictures of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
