Hi all,
While grinding my floors I broke the 2" PVC pipe coming out of my concrete basement floor. This feeds my utility sink. What's the best way to fix this? I'm thinking I could cut and chip out the PVC pieces and clean out the 90 degree elbow. It looks like that is still in tact.
This is how it should look, but it's now broken at the bottom. My plan is to chip out the pieces from the broken PVC pipe. Then glue a new 2" PVC pipe into the 90' elbow that you can see in the picture above. Then use a coupling to attach to this piece that's mostly in tact. I'll replace that AAV at the top as well.
Any advice? Thanks!
