Hi all,
Would love to get some feedback on the following remodel in Santa Barbara, California (UPC). This is my first time doing wholesale replacement of this much DWV, so any help would be very much appreciated.
This is a small bathroom (7'6" x 5'), and the combo of an in-wall toilet, medicine cabinet, and laundry connection have made it a challenge to vent everything through this (non-loadbearing) wall. I've got a raised foundation.
To fit the medicine cabinet and to meet notching allowances, I'm limited to 1.5" for the lavatory vent, which is why I didn't wet vent the toilet with the shower.
The 3" branch to the second bathroom is existing but can certainly be moved.
There are some modeling errors (pretend the toilet is full width in the stud bay and that the wyes have reduced legs where appropriate)
Thanks in advance for your time and help!
