My son gave me 3 bathroom faucets that were removed from a brand new home. I want to install them in my house, but none have these nuts. Can I buy replacements? Are they all a standard size and thread? I hate to go to a plumbing supply store and not have a clue what to ask for. So I will look like a fool on this forum.

They are all "1/2" sink nuts". Not necessarily stocked at supply houses. They come different ways, like metal washers with nuts to cinch them up.
Hardware stores also could have them.
