Hi guys,
I have a pretty typical 4" stack with a cleanout about 12 inches off the floor. I'd like to put some cabinets (laundry room cabinets with counter top) around the area where the stack is. If the cabinets are there it would make it very difficult to get to the cleanout if need be. Is it possible to extend the cleanout horizontally to the front of the cabinets? It would be extended about 4'. I could design cabinets so that they could be removed but would really like to avoid that.

Extending the cleanout would be fine. Many inspectors are requiring that cleanouts in crawls be extended to where they can be accessed.
