Hi all, I have a Navien 240 home tankless water heater that is about 8-9 years old, has worked flawlessly during that time. Today I was working outside and noticed water dripping from the exhaust vent, which I have never seen happen before under any conditions, with maybe 15-20cc of water pooled on the ground underneath. Weather outside is not that cold, temps around 70 F with dewpoint 52 F. Unit appears to be functioning normally in terms of heating water.

I'm not sure if I have a problem or not, should I call a plumber to look at it? Again I've never seen this happen in all the time I've owned it. I was thinking maybe the condensate drain pump is not working or the line is clogged, but not sure how to diagnose. Thanks very much for your help.
