Does anyone have any recommendation for small 2.5gal electric mini-tank water heaters?
I've seen the usual brands available (Ariston, Bosch, Rheem, Ecosmart, Eccotemp) and they all seem to have similar specs (recovery time, energy loss, glass-lined tanks, etc.).
Any others?

The low storage capacity is fine for POU lavatories and conserving space under the sink.

Any brands that I should avoid or recommendations for best choices?

Thanks!
Richard

About a year ago I installed a Chronomite (CMT -2.5). It felt well made with an anode rod. Thirty years ago I bought one made in Italy (from HD) without an anode rod. Leaked in about 2 years.
