Having some problems typing this week.

Surgery was on Monday. Plumbing is going to be delayed a bit.
Also did some surgery on the colon on Tuesday. Waiting to see what test results say about that.

Based on the bandaging, you had an open incision procedure rather than a needle procedure?

I noticed very early signs of Dupuytren's contracture around 40 (just a slightly crooked pinkie when holding my hand flat and some corresponding lumps on the palm below the pinky/ring finger) and had radiation treatment to the palm area, which is supposed to retard the progression of the disease. A few years later noticed the same on my other hand and repeated the process.

Cheers, Wayne

Yes, open cuts. I saw the finger curling in, but had assumed that it was from the fracture while installing a 75 gallon water heater. One of my brothers had surgery recently for the same thing.
