Dual switches not working correctly after light modification

Excuse me folks but the 'switched bare ground wire' should have brought this discussion to a forum answer end. Common sense and code wise it boggles my mind. The entire circuit needs to be redone correctly. There is more than one way to correctly wire a 3 way circuit. All the samples you need are on the internet. It needs to be done on paper and checked or this will be a circular "maybe if I swap these around it will work".

You’re right ImOld. But occasionally there is one that will try anything to make sometime work other than the correct way. Usually this type of member will ask the same question ten different ways to get an answer they want to hear. But most answers are the correct way and not how to patch it. This forum member has no business working on electrical wiring, that is my opinion.
