Here's what I have and what I'd like to do:

I have an existing washer standpipe that's shown which currently drains the washer, a softener with an air-gap fitting and the condensate from my hybrid water heater. The washer/dryer stack currently sits right in front of this and we'd like to move it to the room on the other side of the wall so what we'd like to do is flip the 120 outlet for washer and 240 outlet for electric dryer (not in the picture, it's about 3 feet to the right in between a couple of the shelves) around to the opposite side of the wall and install 2 new washer boxes. One on the left as sketched in that will just handle drain duties for the softener (regen about every 3 weeks) and condensate from the water heater in this room and one on the right, basically just flipped around to face into the other room. That one will obviously have the hot and cold supply lines for washer.

I'd love to do it more correct by adding the extra vent line on the second drain but I just don't know if I have enough room in there so I ordered a double fixture fitting. The drain and vent are all 2" PVC. The room on the back-side is about 18" lower than where I am in this picture (used to be garage which is why walls are insulated). I'm also pretty sure this is a load bearing wall and I'd prefer to cut the least amount of holes in the studs.

It's a one story house over a crawlspace, the drain line has a clean-out just under the floor where all this is pictured.

There's an existing 4" rigid metal dryer exhaust line at the bottom of this picture starting just under the shelving on the right and heading straight out to the right about 6-8 feet to outside. I plan on putting in a 90 through the wall to connect the dryer from the other side of this wall. This appears to be well-within the limits for that line.

Where I live we are allowed to wet vent on the vertical, so I would lower the washer drain tee and install a longer standpipe for the washer, and install another sanitee above that for the softener. Some places do not allow that, but given the flow rate on the softener drain, it would be fully functional.

Hey, wait a minute.

This is awkward, but...
