Drain Pipe is leaking outside. May be due to garden window installation 2mos ago. Need advice.

You say you didn't have any leak inside the kitchen, so obviously you will need to explore the leak outside. Remove a few bricks under the clean out, to gain access and to see the pipe where it's leaking to determine what to do.
However' if you don't want to shell out any money (to find out where it's leaking and/or to fix the leak), and rather wait for others to fix it for you, then just sit and wait.
BTW, it's hard to see how replacing a window can cause a pipe leak.
