Drain layout question

1960's three unit apartment building. One unit on top of the other. All the bathrooms and kitchens one above the other.
If I am standing and looking at the wall, Tub/shower on far right with exterior wall on right , vanity in middle, toilet on left. On the other side of the wall is the kitchen.
Kitchen sink looks like is behind the vanity.
All the units have the same layout. What would be typical drain layout look like.

first floor has 2 vertical stacks side by side one becomes the vent at fl 2 is a wye to for drain and vent floor 3 both vents tie together and out roof
