Hi, am installing a double sink floating vanity, but the existing plumbing is too close to the floor for the new vanity. Can I use 90 to raise the whole thing higher in wall? And then use 90 coming out of the wall to connect to the p-trap? See photo for details. Red lines are where the top of the vanity will be. The whole vanity is 15 in height. Thanks

No, the copper DWV above the cross is your vent for the vanity traps, and the trap arm can't turn down before the vent connection. The vent connection has to come off before the trap arm has fallen one pipe diameter.

So what you need to do to raise the traps is cut out the existing cross, use two shielded Fernco or Mission Rubber coupling to adapt to plastic (assuming you don't want to solder copper DWV), get a new plastic double fixture fitting, and install it at the desired height.

Cheers, Wayne
