Double Apron tub

I'm looking for what i believe is called a double apron tub. In other words a tub with a front apron, an apron on the left, right hand drain, and a flange on the back and right hand sides. 60"x30"

It will have a 3/8" glass surround on the 2 open sides.

I haven't had any luck so far: Anyone know of anything or a good direction?
