Does this Trane HP have built-in anti-short cycling protection for compressor?

2 older Trane Heat Pumps XL1400. 2001
Condenser model TWY036B100A1 with ECM fan motor
Air Handler model TWE037E13FB with Variable speed motor (ECM)
The Tstat is trane BATSTAT240A (original mercury tubes)

Is anti-short cycling compressor protection (time delay on break) included in the defrost board in my particular unit model that is listed above? If so, does it read pressure differential or time lapsed before allowing restart of compressor?

Normally it is a time delay.

Newer T-Stats have protection also.
