I've taken a huge bathroom and cut 30% off of it with a new wall.
The 70% side has shower, toilet, sink, vanity...the works including an exhaust fan.
on thes 30% side, I've made a small walk-in closet out of it with a little vanity/sink/mirror. No toilet, not bath or shower. This side does NOT have a ventilation fan.
Does it need one?
