Do they make this fitting anymore

hi i'm trying to replace some old cast iron piping in my basement that connect my bath tub drain to my toilet drain to my main septic pipe the fitting that is there currently is cast iron and is a 4 in T fitting but also has a 2inch input as well just to the side of the 4 inch

I don't know that that shitting has ever existed at all. It looks like maybe somebody drilled the 2-in hole in the side of the T. Or, is that a third leg of the T? If it's a third leg, it might still be available but it's going to be hard to find in that size. A call to a plumbing supply store could answer that question pretty quickly. I would call it a three-way T
