This will be my third winter with my Weil McClain Aquabalance combi boiler. I am assuming the answer is yes, but I wanted to ask - does the boiler really need to be cleaned every year? Would an every other year cleaning be ok, while the boiler is fairly new?

Any combi should be inspected and dhw side cleaned with a vinegar solution once a year unless your running a good water softner. Lp burners go out if adjustment easier than nat gas. Youtube has videos whats involved with a inspection and cleanings.
