Hi,
I could use some help in choosing a new water heater. We're doing a whole home remodel and the 2 requirements / restrictions we have to adhere to are:
1. max height in the crawlspace where it will be installed is 70"
2. venting has to go thru the side. we cannot vent vertically thru the roof.
My plumber has recommended the AO Smith GDHE-50. It costs over $2K for the heater alone so i'm trying to find other lesser expensive water heaters.
