Is the vent after the toilet picking up any fixture drains? If not, it's not required.
Take a look at the pdf attached - (very crude isometric). What I think you have going is on the left. IF that is correct you could do whats on the right...or leave what's on the left and it will pass code.
The only thing that might bind you up with an inspector (In SW Florida they have been looking for this) is if you tie in a washer (mentioned in previous posts) to that system.
Obviously you'll have to rotate the PDF 180*, don't know why that happened.
