Is the vent after the toilet picking up any fixture drains? If not, it's not required.

Take a look at the pdf attached - (very crude isometric). What I think you have going is on the left. IF that is correct you could do whats on the right...or leave what's on the left and it will pass code.

The only thing that might bind you up with an inspector (In SW Florida they have been looking for this) is if you tie in a washer (mentioned in previous posts) to that system.

Obviously you'll have to rotate the PDF 180*, don't know why that happened.

FloridaOrange, HJ and Doherty Plumbing,

I never did get a chance to thank you or the other guys. Eventually I did as you, HJ and Doherty Plumbing had suggested. When the inspector showed he looked around for about 3 minutes and said "you passed, no need to see more".

He seemed genuinely impressed with how it was all configured into such a tight spot.

I kind of feel like a leach, you and the others bailed me out of a very tight spot.

On another note, My wife just finished her last round of chemo....we'll see but I think it's going to be ok.

Thanks again and if there's some way I can repay you let me know.

Unfortunately my expertise is in Economics with a emphasis toward Real Estate and to a lesser degree Finance, Sculpture and Wood Fired Pizza…..and not necessarily in that order.

Usually those cleanouts that are basically inaccessible are there to appease the inspector. They really serve no other purpose. For the cost of the fitting I'd put one in just in case the inspector wants to see one there.

But you'll never use it.

Never did get to thank you for the advice. It passed, the inspector was actually impressed.
