Delta two handle shower handle broke, easy fix or no?

I have three handles hot cold and shower and the shower broke as below. Where do I go next? Not sure what type of handle this is?

Well I can't really see much, but I suspect if you remove the stem and take it to a supply store you can get a replacement. Your trim can maybe unscrew from the top somewhere and be resused.

It is a Delta faucet and you need a new "stem extension" besides the handle. Call 1-800-345-DELT and they should be able to help you.
