Delta tub spout, Help! my shower faucet came shooting out the wall....

Hi guys,

I was taking a shower and then my shower faucet all of a sudden shot out from the wall. How do i fix, everything online says theres a screw, but i dont see the screw on mine just a clip thing. Do i need to buy a new spout or can this be fixed??

I think your unit has a set screw. I think I see it in your photo. The set screw would need to be tightened against the pipe from the wall. If you still have questions, show us a photo of the pipe coming out of the wall.

You may want to unscrew the brass adapter out with your fingers if you can.
