Delta series 1400 Shower Handle

A while back a plumber moved the valve and the water only gets lukewarm, if that. I'm trying to remove the handle to get to the valve but there doesn't seem to be a set screw, and if there is my hex wrenches aren't doing anything. How do i remove it? In the image it may look like there are 2 holes/openings but that's a reflection and it's only the one. Delta series 1400

The handle is attached using an Allen screw. The hot limit adjustment is behind that on the cartridge.
