Delta rough in faucet

Question will a rough in valve say from Delta fit most trim pieces that delta makes? For a new bathtub with shower .. walls will be tile,, cast iron tub ..This is my first time to do the rough in part.. Thanks George

Manufacturers have a group of rough ins with their matching trim styles - so they're interchangeable. But these trims will not fit rough ins from another group, as that group will have its own matching trims.

The Delta rough has plenty of choices in how you trim it out. Different cartridges too.
