Delta Roman Tub faucet, old polished gold from 1995

Delta stems fit on this.

The hot side fell apart when removed.

And matching lav faucets.
Does anyone know the model for these? Standard Delta parts fixed the leaks, and they should be good for another twenty years.

Any more info on this valve for roman tub? I can't find the diverter for the hand held.
