Culligan water softener regeneration issue

Hi all,

I have a Culligan platinum water softener installed in 2011. The softener works fine. But it regenerates every day independent of regen trigger being set to any number of days wasting water, electricty and salt. Culligan does not support this system anymore. I am not ready to invest in a new system now. Any help is appreciated how to fix this issue.

Well you'd start by identifying the model of the softener and then securing installation and owner's manuals for it, so that you can check all the settings. Regen every day is not normal of course.
