CST 614CEFG clogging

We have two of the 4.0 Lpf CST 614CEFG Toto toilets we purchased and had installed by Terry Love Plumbing. Both toilets seem to have a clogging issue with long stools. I have a basement toilet (American Standard) that uses the same drain line but is clear when the Toto is clogged so it is an issue local to the Toto's .

Is this a common issue with this toilet? If so, other than replacing them, is there a solution?
