My mom is having an issue in her guest bath shower where the water from the showerhead runs very hot then cold and back again. She has a tankless water heater that is very close to this bathroom. This shower is the only faucet in the home that has a mixing valve. I changed the mixing valve and the problem persists. There hasn't been any change to the plumbing in the house recently. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
