CRMX toilets

I have 2 CRMX brand, 2 button toilets in my home. I'm guessing they are European toilets but just a guess. They were installed about 15 years ago. The bowl and tank are one piece with tank lid. The tank guts are unusual to me, much different than typical US sold toilets. I am looking for replacement parts. I keep having a problem with the toilet "running"
