Crane Wall mounted toilet

Hi we have a Crane wall mounted toilet in our finish basement. About two weeks ago our tank cracked and broke! We have been looking for a tank replacement but can't find one or anyone who can hep us. Can we use a different tank on top of our toilet if the measurements are the same? Like for example for a American Standard toilet tank on Crane toilet?

5 inches in between blots and center
