Covering Ugly Galvy Pipe

Aside from building a long rectangular box, is there something I can buy or construct to cover up these ugly pipes?

It's a bathroom, and the pipe spans the width of the room. Some is hidden by the bath cabininet.

IF thats a drain, the first thing I'd do is cut it out as far as I could and replace with PVC/ABS while it's open.

It's not a drain, and it's always open. The customer just wants to hide it. I'm thinking about just wrapping it with foam pipe insulation.

I think it is a gas pipe, since it is not connected to any water source in the bathroom.
