Could not find a replacement of this shower faucet stem

Hi,

My shower room faucet is leaking. Took down the leaking shower faucet stem. Went to Orchard supplier.

They could not a match. Will try HomeDepot later.

Where can I find a replacement? Is this model too old? discontinued?

Go to a plumbing supply shop for exact ID.
This could be Sayco.

How about just replacing the washer and seat?

I have already replaced the washer. But guys in the store could not find a fit seat for me. I will try HomeDepot tomorrow.

All you may find at HD will be a catalog that you can compare your stem to. IF you find a match, they MAY be able to order it.

I put some Teflon tape on the seat. It seems help at the moment. I think this is a temporary solution. To find a match or alternative model is the long term solution. Will see how HD guys say.

However, I do not think that I can find a match. But does this model have alternative replacement? Or I am out of luck.
