I need to wire two thermostats to my boiler. What I need is a switch taking 2 thermostat wires and only coming out with one. I need it so that it doesn't back feed the one that's off if one is on. Two inputs one output. If either of both are on.

There is NO "backfeed". What are you trying to accomplish?
If thermostat A is on I don't want power going back to thermostat B. The low voltage wires are coming off of the
circulating pump relays. If Thermostat A is on I don't want a signal to go to the B circulating pump otherwise both
circulators would run if either thermostat is on.

What you're describing is usually done with zone relay control box, and without more info on how things are currently wired, hard to say if your concern is reasonable.
