Connector for kitchen faucet - can’t release

Has anyone seen a water supply connector like this and can tell me the easy way to get it to release? It’s hard to access under the sink and I can’t push all 4 tabs at once. I’m literally just trying to destroy it now to get it out and can’t even accomplish that due to the tiny access space. I’m so ticked off at this connector

Usually, you "squeeze" the two ends together and then pull down on it.
