Common Venting Question

Hello,

I have question for all you smart peoples out there about common venting under the IPC. I am remodeling a bathroom and was wondering if I can have a shower and a toilet share the same vent. The shower is 4 feet 4 inches away from the vent and the toilet is 1 foot away from the vent. This vent would be the main stack vent, which is a 3 inch vent. I have attached a diagram of what it looks like. Or do I have to have a vent for each trap arm?

If the 3" pipe Stack Vent is a dry vent with no drainage from above, your diagram complies with my understanding of the IPC common venting rules. [The trap is rendered backwards.] Here's the relevant section:
