Hey everyone.

I own a Residential cleaning service . Were looking to expand into Commercial Cleaning.. Vacuum ,dusting, polishing, light garbage removal, bathrooms, kitchens, steam carpet cleaning.

Trying to figure out the ballpark rates to charge for these services . Do you charge an hourly rate ? X amount per square foot ? etc . .

The rates can vary depending on such factors as location, size of the space, and specific services required.
In Lafayette, where I operate my business, renting a 1500 square foot office building, I pay around $500 monthly for cleaning services. The services provided include vacuuming to remove dirt and debris from carpets and floors, dusting to eliminate buildup on surfaces, mopping to keep floors sanitized, trash removal, and window cleaning to maintain a polished appearance both inside and out.
We use the services of commercial cleaning Boston.
thank you so much for your suggestion

Hey everyone.

I own a residential cleaning service and am considering expanding into commercial cleaning. Our services include vacuuming, dusting, polishing, light garbage removal, bathrooms, kitchens, and steam carpet cleaning. I've been checking out Homeaglow reviews to gather insights on their approach and customer satisfaction in the cleaning industry.

Could anyone recommend a cleaning and laundry service? We don't need it weekly, just for those times when we're unable to manage it ourselves.

Expanding into commercial cleaning is a strategic decision! Pricing can differ depending on factors such as the size of the space and the scope of services required. For insights into industry standards and competitive rates, it's wise to seek advice from local cleaning companies or check out Homeaglow reviews for firsthand experiences.
also thank you for your suggestion

When expanding into commercial cleaning, you can charge an hourly rate typically between $25 and $75, or a per square foot rate ranging from $0.10 to $0.50. For specialized services like steam carpet cleaning, consider charging $0.25 to $0.75 per square foot. Research local competitors to set competitive rates and consider offering free estimates to attract clients.

You need to crunch your turn key numbers and then decide the life style you want.

So once you know the cost of operating a business insurance, rent and over overhead add in a fudge factor and decide what you think is a fair profit margin 30%- 40+% and charge accordingly

Ball park rates mean they are in left field as YOU have to know your own experiences and profit margin not someone else's.

Once you build a great reputation then you can raise your prices accordingly
